Global delivery times vary by destination, generally ranging between 7 to 20 working days. For regions outside major hubs, delivery may take 10-20 working days.

11.Do you ship from within the EU?

Yes, orders delivered to EU addresses are shipped from our warehouses located within the European Union.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

14.How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

15.How will I receive my refund?

All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

How do I order a customized jersey?

19.How long does customization take?

Standard customization adds 2-3 working days to our processing time. During peak seasons, this may extend up to 5 working days.

20.Can I return a customized jersey?

Due to their personalized nature, customized jerseys are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrectly made by us (see question 16).

30.Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
